Weekend Getaway In The Catskills NY: Escape The City
The Catskill mountains rise above a short 2-2.5 hours north of NYC. The region features year round fun for all, but is especially wonderful during the fall and winter. Great skiing can be found at Windham and Hunter Mountains as the slow blankets the slopes and a mosaic of fall color spreads through the countryside as the days shorten. No matter what time of year you will find delicious restaurants scattered throughout that offer inventive pizzas, burgers and more. Stay in style at the Hotel Dylan, a Woodstock inspired hotel complete with comfortable vintage furnishings and a vinyl record player to jam out new and old albums alike. So if you are looking to escape the city head up north to experience the Catskill Mountains of New York.

Breakfast In The Catskills
Phoenicia Diner

The pancakes at Sweet Sues in Phoenicia are amazing.
